Return Policy
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Products returned without the original packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
- If an exchange is approved because of our mistake, we will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.
