Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Prepaid Orders
- If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Shipped Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- If eligible, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Cancellation by Edge Of Herbal
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock.
- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.
- Payment verification fails.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- Delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
