- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders above a specified value.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
