Returns + Exchanges

At Edge Of Herbal, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Return Policy

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Products returned without the original packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
  • If an exchange is approved because of our mistake, we will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.
